We reserve the right to amend these terms, and we publish the last-updated date at the top of the page.
Programme registration
Registration in any programme is confirmed only after due fees are paid and you receive written confirmation from us.
We reserve the right to postpone or cancel a cohort if the minimum enrolment is not met, with a full refund or transfer to the next cohort at your choice.
Intellectual property
All learning materials provided are owned by INVEX and may not be copied, redistributed or sold without written permission.
Projects produced by a student remain their property, and the student grants INVEX the right to display them in the Thinkers Club for informational and marketing purposes.
Code of conduct
We are committed to a respectful and safe learning environment, and we do not tolerate abusive behaviour in classrooms or on digital platforms.
Cheating or plagiarism is a serious violation that may result in dismissal from the programme without a refund.
