Our story
We do not just hand you a certificate — we make you an innovator and incubate your project to success.
The idea began with an observation we kept running into: bright graduates holding good certificates who could not build a working system. And companies searching for AI talent and not finding it, while thousands of graduates were looking for work at the same time.
The gap was not in intelligence or effort — it was in how teaching was done. Theoretical content memorised, examined, then forgotten, without a single project where a student confronts the mess of real data.
We founded INVEX to close exactly that gap: every semester ends with a project, every graduate leaves with a portfolio rather than a page, and every project is published openly in the Thinkers Club for the market to see.
Then we discovered the club itself had become the strongest thing we own: when a hesitant applicant asks whether this place will change their future, we do not answer with a promise — we open the gallery and say: see for yourself.

A word from the founder
When we started, the question in every meeting was this: what makes a graduate employable from day one? The answer was not in the number of hours or the list of courses — it was in how many times a student had faced a real problem with no ready answer.
So we built every semester around a project, and made the capstone a public presentation to the market rather than only an internal panel. A student who knows their work will be seen works at an entirely different level.
The Thinkers Club was never a marketing plan — it began because our graduates did not want to leave. We kept them, and then discovered they had become the strongest thing we have.
